How we called that its direct influence us is sometimes when we come to know that something we really like is for lunch, we find ourselves would be excited automatically. In the same way, when we are forced to eat something we that we hate, it would totally affects or even worse it would ruins our mood.
Apart from this, food also influences our mood indirectly. Food manages to keep us healthy, therefore a healthy life brings us happy life. So it is rather important that we pick the right food to change our mood on a bad day. So now, lets check out which and what foods can help us out right here.
1. Chocolate
It is very often that we heard chocolate are the best medicines to heal a heart filled with sorrow. Chocolates contain antioxidants that work on the mood of a person. They contain anti-depressants that help to numb emotional pain. Therefore, peoples used to remember of chocolate everytime when they're having a bad mood, and they do really think it works, its able to change our mood or help us to feel better. This has recall me that i've been ate chocolate for a whole day when the time I've had a painful breakup. In my point of view, chocolates are super effective and they are my personal recommendation.

Ice creams actually work on the same lines as chocolates but they are actually much more better. Ice cream cools down your mind in times of stress and make you relax. Scientists have proven that swallowing a spoonful of ice cream shows immediate effects on the brain and they cover up for feelings of disappointment and failure.
3. Cheese
Cheese being a dairy products and it contains lots of protein. The milk content in cheese helps the brain to form serotonin. This chemical has the power to calm your mind down. It helps to reduce stress and also it could improve your mood.
4. Fruits
Fresh fruits are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C especially pineapples, oranges, bananas, blueberries and strawberries will help you. They freshen up your mind and keep you cheerful. You can choose for delicious fruit salads to rejuvenate your mood.
5. Nuts
Nuts contain protein and fiber, minerals and omega-3 fats. Nuts like chickpeas, walnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds are perfect to uplift your mood and have the ability to instantly make you feel better, after consumption.
